The Pikis Trust consists of two main volumes, the double storey commercial spaces at street level and the three storey office tower above, elevated and separated from the base by means of a mechanical floor.

 The project has been conceived as an overlay of two diverse volumes. The lower base which houses the 1400 sqm of commercial space curves at the junction paralleling the plot's geometry while facilitating the flow of vehicle and pedestrian movement.

In a contrary manner, the elevated body of the building, the three office floors project dynamically over the curved base, decisively addressing the open junction in front.

At present, only phase A comprising of the lower volume has been erected.
